Amazing Circuit Workout!! Beginners to Advanced

Our Fit Test Dummies review and demonstrate the 7-minute Fat Blaster Workout: the Essentials! Follow along with Shauna, Madison, and David as they do these 7 different exercises for a minute each:
Dumbbell Squats (15 reps)
Push-ups (15 regular/15 on knees)
Dumbbell Lunge (10 reps each leg)
Dumbbell Bent Over Row (10 reps)
Dumbbell Crunch (as many as possible in 45 secs)
Dumbbell Bench Step-up (10 reps each leg)
Dumbbell Bench Press (15 reps)

Required Equipment: Dumbbell, Step

Verdict: Great workout! However, to get the best out of this circuit, repeat it so you get at least 20 minutes of exercise. For beginners: 3 rounds. For a more advanced workout: 5 rounds.
