Fit Test Dummies review the infamous SHAKE WEIGHT! Does it REALLY work? Or is it just a gimmick? Madison and David are here to test it out for you! Plus, David suggests some modifications for the Shake Weight to go above and beyond the suggested workout.

Verdict: The Shake Weight WORKS! It’s a great tone up, and gives you a substantial workout. However, it still needs to be supplemented with cardiovascular activity weight training, and proper nutrition; you cannot get a great body with the Shake Weight alone.
