Fit Test Dummies revisit the Burn Machine to review their 30 minute speedbag workout. Watch David and Jill train like a BAWS in this week’s episode.

 

Verdict: It starts out cheesy, but don’t let that fool you. This is a great workout that will drench you in sweat. It is an intense 30 minutes and great for your arms.
