IHRSA 2013 REVIEW Torqking

Torqking functional fitness device.  This thing looks like a dumbell, but it’s really wheels on an axle that can move in any direction.  What a killer workout for chest, abs, core, back, legs, everything.  didn’t work so great on the cheap show carpet, but I can see how this would work great on rubber, hardwood, or short carpet to target core and full body conditioning.  Different than the ab wheel or an ab roller, the torqking is stable and solid.
