The Fit Test Dummies get Xtreme with Jackie Warner’s Boot Camp Workout from Fitness RX Magazine. Follow along with Madison & David as they get an Xtreme workout!

3 Circuits, 30 reps each (15 per side)
Runner’s Lunge w Rear Deltoid Raise
Concentration Curl and Holding Squat
Squat Pullover
Alternating Lunge w Chest Fly
Reverse Lunge w Punch Kick
Push-up Crawl Military Press
Holding Squat Row
Lateral Raise w Lateral Side Bend

Required Equipment: Dumbbells

Verdict: 10! Not for beginners or the faint of heart, the workout tests your endurance. This is an intense boot camp, going low and slow rather than short and strong.

Our Fit Test Dummies review and demonstrate the 7-minute Fat Blaster Workout: the Essentials! Follow along with Shauna, Madison, and David as they do these 7 different exercises for a minute each:
Dumbbell Squats (15 reps)
Push-ups (15 regular/15 on knees)
Dumbbell Lunge (10 reps each leg)
Dumbbell Bent Over Row (10 reps)
Dumbbell Crunch (as many as possible in 45 secs)
Dumbbell Bench Step-up (10 reps each leg)
Dumbbell Bench Press (15 reps)

Required Equipment: Dumbbell, Step

Verdict: Great workout! However, to get the best out of this circuit, repeat it so you get at least 20 minutes of exercise. For beginners: 3 rounds. For a more advanced workout: 5 rounds.

Runner’s Lunge to Knee Skip: Rough on your wrists
Plie Jumping Jacks: Simple and a great variation to regular jumping jacks
Quarter-Turn Jump Squat: BURNER! great workout
Donkey Kick: Awkward

Verdict: This is a decent workout for 15 minutes, but to get real results we recommend increasing the reps. These moves are better suited for people with great form, so practice is required to get a truly great workout.
