Back to Core! With the 30 day challenge almost over, David and Shuna do their favorite workout. In addition David and Shuna did Brazil Butt Lift in order to balance out their workout.

 

Verdict: There is conspicuously no specific ab workout. The Asylum does engage your core when it comes to Vertical Plyo, Speed and Agility, Game Day and of course Back to Core, but it does not focus on it. That’s not completely bad, though, because you are building stabilizing muscles, which may be ignored in other workouts.
